Farah Khan Ali has opened a flagship Farah Khan Fine Jewellery boutique at Chemco House in Fort, Mumbai. The store is located in the area’s Art Deco precinct and was introduced with an evening event that included guests such as Rekha, Twinkle Khanna, Bobby Deol, Dia Mirza, Sussanne Khan, Sushmita Sen, Manisha Koirala and Zoya Akhtar. The event also featured the unveiling of the Zarine Khan collection.
According to a report by Jewellery News India, the boutique was conceived by Farah Khan Ali and designed by Usama Patel of Studio Nineteen. The space uses champagne, ivory, warm sand and apricot amber tones, with lacquered furniture, gold-leaf detailing and an organic herringbone floor.
The Jewellery News India report said the interior includes a central triangular display with bird and floral motifs, Art Deco lamps, dragonfly light fixtures, and engraved display tables carrying the phrase “I Am A Miracle.” The design also incorporates the brand’s Aayat motif through details such as bird-shaped handles.
As reported by Jewellery News India, the boutique includes a dedicated display honoring Zarine Sanjay Khan, described as Farah Khan Ali’s late mother and muse. A private lounge further inside combines French-inspired décor with Mughal elements for more personalised appointments.
