Isha Ambani, Director of Reliance Retail Ventures Limited (RRVL), has announced the company’s plans to enter the luxury jewellery market, signaling a strategic expansion into a new business sector.
As per a report in Times Now, she stated that RRVL aims to offer a curated, design-focused experience in this segment while also exploring opportunities in the fashion jewellery and accessories markets.
The report added that in the fashion sector, Reliance Retail’s homegrown brands, such as Avaasa, Netplay, and DNMX, each recorded annual sales exceeding ₹2,000 crore last year.
The report highlighted that brands like John Players and Teamspirit achieved over ₹1,000 crore in sales.
RRVL has set up 18 domestic and three international design centers to support this growth to ensure their products remain relevant to local markets.
