According to a report, Oman’s Commerce Minister, Qais Mohammed Al Yousef, met with top Indian jewellers in Mumbai and urged them to establish manufacturing hubs in Oman.
He highlighted key advantages of Oman’s strategic location, world-class ports, and free trade agreements.
The minister also mentioned the ongoing negotiations for the India-Oman Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement, which could further enhance trade opportunities.
He emphasized Oman’s streamlined business processes, tax-free zones, and incentives for foreign investors, including a gradual Omanisation policy.
