Tanishq Partners with Damas to Expand Presence in the GCC

Damas, a prominent Middle Eastern jewellery and watch retailer, has entered an agreement with Tanishq, a leading Indian jewellery brand from the Tata Group. 

This partnership allows Tanishq’s collection to be showcased in select Damas locations throughout the GCC.

Since its inception in the early 1990s, Tanishq has been recognized for its craftsmanship and diverse designs tailored to meet both traditional and contemporary tastes of Indian women.

The brand offers a variety of 22k gold jewellery, including traditional mangalsutras and modern pieces such as necklaces, earrings, chains, bangles, and rings, catering to various occasions.

Anan Fakhreddin, CEO of Damas, emphasized the company’s commitment to quality through innovation and creativity, stating that the collaboration aims to enhance the selection of premium 22k jewellery for its Indian customers.

Tanishq products will be featured in flagship stores, including the recently updated Lulu Qusais outlet.

C K Venkataraman, CEO of the Jewellery Division at Titan Company Ltd, highlighted Damas’s extensive experience and local expertise in the GCC market as key factors in their decision to partner with the retailer.
